2.1. As a user, you should be an exentrepreneur. As a customer, you can be any valuable company hiring ex-entrepreneurs.
2.2. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Website.
2.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website if you violate these Terms or engage in any behavior deemed harmful to the Website or its users.

 

3. Hiring Activities
3.1. We are not responsible for your company's hiring process. 
3.2. We are not responsible for the activities that a person who you hired from ExEntrepreneurs.com does at your company once you hire.
3.3. We are not responsible for an unsuccessful hiring activity which includes,
  3.3.1 Zero application for a job opening posted on ExEntrepreneurs.com by a recruiter.
  3.3.2 Unsuccessful hiring due to disqualification.
 

4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ExEntrepreneurs.com or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
